Aunt Daniele went back to work half days this week so we got to spend a little extra time with Miss Claire.  Nana loved spending the day with all three grandkids.  I took a great picture of her with all three of them but of course, it's on her camera so I need to get that from her.

Hiccup - 24.5 weeks

I was a few days late getting my 24 week belly picture so here is the 24.5 week picture.

Two days later I had my glucose test and a checkup.  Hiccup's heartbeat was 150 bpm.  Everything seems to be going well.

Baby Claire and Nash

Nash absolutely adores his cousin Claire.  Today he said to me, "Mom, I will never have a tea party with a girl."  I said to him, "What about Baby Claire?  What if she asked you pretty please to have a tea party with her?"  He sighed and said, "I would because she is so adorable.  But then I would want her to play transformers and monster trucks with me."  I sent this in an email to Uncle Will and Aunt Daniele.  Daniele responded saying that Claire would invite Optimus Prime and Bumblebee if Nash would have a tea party with her.  I told this to Nash and he got a big smile on his face.  He said, "OK, send her a yes card that I will have a tea party with her."  So cute!

We celebrated Easter on Saturday with my family.  My sister decided we should have a taco bar for dinner which eventually turned the whole celebration into a Mexican Easter, complete with sombreros and margaritas!

First Zoo Visit of the Season

The boys and I decided to sneak over to the zoo since Nolan woke up early from his nap.  It was fun but I realized that morning trips to the zoo are a little better than afternoon trips.  All of the animal food was gone so we didn't get to feed any animals which is normally a highlight for the boys.  We still had fun though.

Gone Fishin'

We met our friends the Diercks at their family pond on a beautiful Sunday afternoon to soak up the sun and try to catch a few fish.  I accomplished the first part by getting a pretty ridiculous looking sunburn but I didn't catch a single fish.  Neither did Jason.  The boys helped the others reel in a couple so they got in on some action.  Mostly they enjoyed riding laps around the pond on the four wheeler and gators.  It was so much fun!
